Esix Snead suspended for 10 games

Richmond Braves outfielder Esix Snead was suspended for 10 games for starting a brawl during a game against Syracuse last Monday. His manager, Pat Kelly, was suspended for 1 game. Snead, Kelly and 20 other Richmond players for their roles in the brawl. After Syracuse pitcher David Bush threw a pitch between his legs during the 2nd inning Snead charged the mound and then the benches cleared. Snead, Richmond first baseman James Jurries and one Syracuse player were ejected from the game at that time.
